The coveted Overseas territory is getting a shot in the arm with the man who’s the hottest Indian icon amongst NRI’s. Name is Khan…Shahrukh Khan. As the stylish ode to Big B: ‘Don’ is releasing this Diwali on October 20th, the Indian expatriates are in for a treat as the distributors of the film UTV Motion Pictures are said to be releasing an overwhelming 325 prints across 28 countries (In India 700 prints are being flooded in the market). The maximum prints are being released in countries like UK, USA, Middle East and South-East Asia.

‘Don’ is going to be the biggest release overseas ever. Some of the other biggies to have had a big share of NRI market are ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’ with 315, ‘Krrish’ with 300, ‘Fanaa’ with 280 and ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ with 200 prints. It’s being said that the producers of ‘Don’ are spending a mammoth Rs 7.5 crore to market the film overseas and dub it in five languages – French, Malay, Indonesian, Arabic and Dutch. SRK is leaving no stone unturned to ensuring that his lean-mean-turned-good-samaratin act goes down well with the world.
